An Update?! OMGWTF Is The World Ending??

...Holy christ. Talk about a long haitus...
I'm sorry guys, I was just too lazy to come back on here, for, well, whatever reason.
BTW: The Bruce Campbell thing was rockin'.
I was only down in Ninilchik with my Grandma for a few days, if I remember correctly, and while I was down there, I found a picture I printed out when I was six, and dot matrix printers were still reliable. It's in mostly-perfect condition (albeit folded up), but the dot matrix things on the sides are even still there. Man-oh-man. I'm going to frame it, once I get another frame.

Thanksgiving was okay, I guess. For the first time ever, both sides of my family were there. Or, actually -- all three sides -- my mother's side, my father's side, and my step-father's side. Apparently my father still holds a grudge against Scott (step-father) for taking me away from him.

Christmas was pretty rocking. I still haven't updated my Livejournal with the pictures of my gifts from it, though, which just goes to show how freaking lazy I've been. One thing I did get that I will mention, however, is I got a pet hedgehog. Since I promised myself to stick with two specific names if I ever got one, her name is officially Amy Rose, but I just call her Honey. She's really squirmy, but oh-so-cute.

New Years was pretty neat. Went to the top of one of the two downtown car garages to watch the fireworks display. The usual Downtown one was seriously pathetic (they shot off a few, only two went off and the rest were duds, and then they just gave up), but from up there we could watch all the displays in town, so it wasn't a total loss. We also got to see a group of people throw blackcats at the feet of a police officer and then run, as well as two (count them, two) people have their cars towed away, with them chasing after the vehicles. Man, if they didn't have money for a cab, they were F'ed. hahaha...onwards.

By this time, there had been some bad news on two fronts: both my cousin's Grandpa Stan and Aaron's dog Pepper had passed away. Stan died of some sort of cancer, and Pepper I think just died of being old. It was pretty saddening for both, but I'm sure both are in a better place, now.
I don't have any pictures of Stan, but I do have one of Pepper, so I'll try and upload it while I'm actually on here today. Cuz lord only knows the next time I'll be around.

I didn't do anything for Valentine's Day, really. So we can skip that month...and now it's the beginning of March. Whoopie. I got a new pet this month, too. So now I'm up to:
    Major (Black Lab/Chocolate Lab/Husky Mix)
    Picabo (?Miniature? Pitbull/Dalamation Mix)
    Lucky (Pomeranian/Terrier Mix)
Bacardi (Black Cat -- not really my cat, but I treat it like it is)
Charlie (White Cat -- kind of a little s**t, but that's okay, I guess - again not really my cat)
Loki (Leopard Gecko -- not really mine but I payed for it?)
Mondo (Albino Leopard Gecko -- bought as a friend for Loki so he wouldn't be so lonely)
?Spike? (Leopard Gecko -- might be the only male out of the bunch. Again, not really mine)
Seraph (White/Yellow/Multicolored Male Betta -- bought for Jessica)
    Dante (Black/Blue/Red Male Crown Betta)
    Riggs (Fiddler Crab -- deceased)
Amy Rose/Honey, formerly known as Melvin (Hedgehog -- Christmas Present to moi!)
Chiclechu & Chiclechi (Two currently surviving crickets I found wandering the house)
and as of the other day...
    <Unnamed> (Horseshoe Crab! Omgosh!)

...so I'm one step closer to having all the aminals I desire. Oh, that reminds me -- I saw a stingray at Animal House yesterday. I so want it. Jessica wants the Seahorse there, too, since it can live with the Horseshoe Crab, apparently -- we shall see.

That's all I can think of right now. But get ready for a photo overhaul!! Weeeee!!

     Cheers,
      Thor
